Paul Wesley or Pawel Tomasz Wasilewski is a well-known producer, actor and director most well-known for his part in The Vampire Diaries. His work on the show has earned him numerous distinctions, awards, and nominations. These include The Teen Choice Awards and the "Young Hollywood Awards". Wesley was born in New Brunswick New Jersey and raised throughout America, United States, showed interest in acting during his elementary high school years. Later he enrolled at Rutgers University. After recognizing his talents acting as an actress, and knowing the possibility of making a living out of his incredible acting abilities and talents, he decided to leave school. His first appearance on TV was in the popular American TV soap opera Another World. For the span of two years, he portrayed the principal role in Wolf Lake on CBS. After he took on the role of Stefan Salvatore for the American television show The Vampire Diaries, his career was transformed. He also has directed several episodes of the show. Since his debut in the film The Last Run he has appeared in several popular movies. Recently, he was seen in the films Mothers and Daughters and The Late Bloomer as an actor in supporting roles. He is also fairly famous on social media sites with more than 13 million fans on Instagram as well as 4.1 million followers on Twitter.
