Machine Gun Kelly

Machine Gun Kelly, born Colson Baker in the United States, is an American rapper who is known for his unique and musical style. MGK is best known for the rapid-fire lyrical style which gave him his stage name Machine Gun Kelly. He began rapping in high school before gaining a fan popularity quickly with a series of mixtapes. The stamp of approval came from his first mixtape from the year 2006. It was well-received by many. MGK's first mixtape was a massive success and gave him courage to embark on a new career in music. After a while, he dropped four mixtapes. In 2011, his music career began to take off when he signed a deal together with Bad Boy and Interscope Records. In the following year his debut album Laces Up was released to high praise from critics. In its debut at no. 4 on the US Billboard 200 chart, it featured a number of hits such as Wild Boy, Invincible, Stereo, and Hold On (Shut Up). General Admission, his second album which debuted in October 2015, was ranked number four on Billboard 200. It also placed first on the list of Billboard Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums.
